We required entertainment for 2 major events with 700+ attendees: an opening ceremony and a formal gala for Canada's largest Undergraduate business case competition and conference. Bryce and his team provided our projectors, screens, camera work, live streaming capabilities, switching, and essentially ran our show on the technical side. JDC West is a complex weekend: it involves 7 events, each with over 700 people with extremely tight turnarounds to move attendees from one event to another. This makes planning, setup, and organization prior to the event critical to success, and Bryce's decades of experience in the events space provided value immediately by knowing which camera angles to use in the room and how to reposition our extremely tight ballroom to provide adequate space for equipment.
